چکیده
The Casimir-Lifshitz force originates from the quantum vacuum fluctuations of electromagnetic field. This is especially intense between interacting objects at nanoscale distances, and it can be attractive or repulsive depending on optical properties materials (amongst other parameters). fundamental phenomenon heart malfunctioning nano- micro-electromechanical devices (NEMS MEMS) that integrate many gadgets we use in our daily lives. Absolute control over these forces would make possible to suppress adhesion friction NEMs MEMs. Here, will show possibility controlling by tuning objects. Specifically, present diverse examples levitation based self-standing thin films comprising multilayer structures with spatial inhomogeneities (caused imperfections, pores, inclusions, density variations, etc).
